Returns

You can return your purchase within 28 days of delivery on the condition that it is: 

• Unworn
• In an original and resalable condition with the Sidewinder hangtag still attached
• In the original packaging supplied with the purchase – including guarantee card and brochure.

For all returns, please contact support@sidewinderwatches and we will endeavour to respond within one to two business days with details on how to return your purchase. You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be enclosed with your return for it to be accepted and processed. Sidewinder Watches Ltd is not responsible for the loss of any items during return shipping and will not bear the return mailing costs, with the exception of incorrect or defective products.

Upon receipt of your returned order – and once the product and packaging have been verified as unworn, original and undamaged – we will process a refund. If we determine that the product or packaging has been used or damaged, we will contact you to arrange the return of your order at your cost.
