What is the Sidewinder warranty?

Sidewinder watches come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the watch from functioning as intended under normal use. Our responsibility for defects covered by this warranty is limited to repairing or, at the sole discretion of Sidewinder Watches Ltd, the replacement of a defective watch free of charge.

The warranty does not cover analogue batteries, straps, bracelets, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, any plating or PVD finishing or any damage arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Sidewinder Watches Ltd.

If you wish to have your watch repaired/replaced under the terms of this guarantee, please contact support@sidewinderwatches.com stating your name, address and a description of the problem.

Are Sidewinder watches waterproof?

All our watches are tested to meet international standards for water resistance to at least 5ATM. Watches with a water resistance of 5ATM / 5 BAR / 50m can withstand a brief submersion in water, but should not be worn when swimming or bathing. They are not suitable for water sports, pool-side diving or sea diving.
